What time should I arrive?
Please aim to arrive 15min prior to your scheduled start time to allow for check in procedures.
What is the cancellation/No Show Policy?
You will get a FULL REFUND up to 24 Hours in advance of your reservation. Sorry but within 24 hours there are no refunds. If you book a Special Event, there are different cancellation deadlines outlined in your confirmation.
Do Axe Coaches accept tips?
Tipping is not mandatory but always appreciated! Our Axe Coaches will do their best to make your axe-perience fun and exciting. It is nice to show them some love! You have the ability to pre-pay tips on reservation as well as on check out after your experience.
What should I wear? Do I have to wear Plaid?
As a safety precaution, we require all guests to wear close-toed shoes.
Is there an age limit?
Ages 10 and up as long as they have the strength and coordination to effectively throw a hatchet as judged by our Axe Coaches. All children must be under the immediate control of an adult 19+
Can I bring drinks or snacks?
We kindly ask that our guests do not bring in their own drinks. We have a bar in our venue that supplies water, soda, local craft beer & cider.
Is the venue pet friendly?
Yes, we all love pets! As long as they are happy being on a leash and not running around the lanes bring them in!
Walk -ins – How does it work?
We welcome walk-ins! However there may not be availability to throw axes during super busy times, but you can book for a later time. To guarantee availability, reserve your Cleavage Axe Throwing experience online!
Do you accept Cash?
We are a cash free venue, don’t forget your credit or debit cards.
I just want to come hang with my friends and watch. Do I have to pay?
Non-throwers are not allowed in the range area due to space requirements. They are free to hang in our lounge and enjoy local beer or snacks, as long as we have the space available.
Will we be taught how to throw?
Each range has an Axe Coach who teaches you on how to throw. You will never be in the range without the guidance of your Axe Coach!
